This platform is designed to assist you in managing and optimising your business deals. From tracking new deals to organising appointments, this user guide will aid you in navigating through our various features. Let's get started!

Inbox

The Inbox is where you make quick notes, impromptu reminders, and create a quick to-do list on the go. Need to jot something down quickly or do a brain dump, the Inbox is where it all goes into — just like your sticky notes.

Deals

The Deals page is where you will find all potential opportunities. This includes information on the opportunity such as the contact person involved, the potential value of the opportunity, and its current status.

In a Glance or Be Attentive

The custom template also includes sections for notes and checklists.

Managing Deals

• Stage: Select from 6 stages to represent your deal’s current status in the sales pipeline.

• Estimated Value: This is usually the project’s initial value pre-negotiation or before the deal is confirmed.
• Actual Value: The actual value of the project after negotiation or after the deal is confirmed
• Expected Close On: The date you expecting to close this deal. Treat this as one of your goal to push this deal to closure.
• Actual Close On: This field is calculated automatically as you change its Stage to either Closed [Won] or Closed [Lost].
• Assigned To: If you work with a team, choose your teammate who is assigned to manage this deal.
• Company: Pick a company from the company list related to this deal.
• Attachments: Upload and attach documents relevant to this deal.

Linked Events & Contacts

• Linked Events: Events related to the deal are listed here. To add an existing event, click on the + symbol in the top right corner of this section. The deal will also be visible in its related event’s page. Click on the event’s title to view the related event’s information.
• Linked Contacts: Contacts related to the deal are listed here. To add an existing contact, click on the + symbol in the top right corner of this section. The deal will also be visible in its related contact’s page. Click on the contact’s name to view the related contact’s information.

Custom Deal Page Body

• The deal template page also comes with custom page body layout for Notes and Next Steps checklists.

Events

The Events page is where you can see all events related to deals. This might include meetings, calls, or deadlines. You can add new events and link them to specific deals.

Contacts

The Contacts page is where you will find contact information for all individuals related to deals and companies. You can add new contacts, update contact information, and link contacts to specific deals and companies.

All Contacts See all your contacts with important information presented at first glance.

Companies

The Companies page is where you can see all companies related to deals. You can add new companies, update company information, and see which deals are linked to a specific company.

Easy Mobile Access

Being on the go means being able to access information and work on your mobile devices — smartphones and tablets. Sitting right on top of Flow Deals, the mobile access menus allows you to quickly jump into Notion pages to manage your Inbox, Deals, Events, Contacts, and Companies. No more long-scrolling, truncated texts and trying to pin-point that buttons or links which was only looking great on your desktop. Now you get full and uncluttered pages of your information on your mobile devices.

How To Get Flow Deals

Just click on the duplicate icon in the top right of the page, and Flow Deals will be added into your Notion.
